Minimum of Three (3) Inventory
As with other subscription models offered by Qvinci, the Entities (or Locations) that are created for a Client/Company are backed by inventory.
The "by Class" subscription model (solely compatible with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop) requires a minimum of 3 inventory slots to be purchased in a Client/Company, regardless of if Entities or Locations will fill the vacant inventory. The Admin, or a billing-enabled Leader, may purchase more than 3 inventory in a particular Client/Company, but a minimum of 3 is required.
Additional Requirements and Parameters
- Under the "by Class" subscription users will find that only QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop files may be sync'd. Other accounting software is not supported for syncing under the "by Class" subscription.
- Under the "by Class" subscription users will find that only classes (or in QuickBooks Online, also locations) will be allowed to sync to a Qvinci Entity or Location. If a user needs to sync both classes and whole files under the same Client/Company they must migrate that Client/Company to the Qvinci Enterprise subscription which allows for both methods of syncing to take place.
