1) Set up the Lookup
- Under Account Lookups, create new lookup
- Name lookup by the month then year in this convention: Mmm YYYY ex: Oct 2017
- Make Default in this convention: Mmm YYYY ex: Oct 2017
- (create as many as needed)
2) Bring lookup into report
1. In report - where a column header will go - go to column chooser in black navigation bar above report
2.Under 'Select Frequency', select 'Use Custom Date Range'
3. Click the bubble next to 'From Lookup Macros'
4. Select date range
5. Repeat in each column as needed it will look something like this: %%col|{{Oct 2017}}&{{Oct 2017}}|by Month%%
