When logging into the Qvinci Sync Application a user can some times experience an error message like found below:
This error message is related to the user not inputting a valid Qvinci login when trying to sign in to the Qvinci Sync App.
- The Username field should reflect the email of the user
- The Password field is the corresponding password
The user should try logging in again and utilize the email address that is placed on file for their Qvinci dashboard account, as well as the corresponding password.
