The Qvinci Admin has the ability to upgrade a Qvinci Company in an Account at any time. All users in the Company would be granted instant access to the additional features and reports that the upgrade enables. A product comparison chart can be found here.
Steps for Upgrading
Only the Admin may upgrade the subscription model for a Company in an Account. To upgrade:
- Use the Admin's credentials to log in at www.Qvinci.com
- Click on the Account > Billing
- Click the “Upgrade Now” link that appears in the left column
- Select the preferred SKU upgrade. A product comparison chart can be found here.
Upgrades performed in the middle of a billing cycle will be prorated based on the number of days left in the billing cycle. The date of the upgrade becomes the new billing cycle date in the future.
Upgrading Multiple Companies
If multiple Companies exist in a Qvinci Account the upgrade applies only to the individual Company being upgraded.
