To remove Location inventory, follow the steps below. However, keep in mind that only unused inventory may be removed. Unused inventory is inventory that is not currently being occupied by a Location. If all inventory is occupied by Locations, follow the instructions on the Manage a Location page to delete Locations prior to removing inventory.
Remove Location Inventory
- Log into the Qvinci Account using the Account Owner's credentials and click the Account > Billing tab.
- Under "Subscription Actions", click the red “- Remove” button.
- Select the number of Location slots to remove on the next screen.
- Click the “Save” button to save the new inventory count.
If no available slots appear, you must delete a Location from your Company in order to remove the inventory. Follow the instructions on the Manage a Location page to delete a Location.
