The person responsible for creating the Account, creating the Company or Companies on the Account, managing billing for the Account, inviting Users, creating Locations, map the chart of accounts, and monitoring roles and permissions. If the Admin wishes to be the person responsible for syncing QuickBooks files, they must assign the “Contributor” role to themselves. Only the Admin may monitor billing for the Qvinci Account.
This person has partial administrative privileges on the Account. They are able to map the chart of accounts, invite and manage Users (at their level of view or lower), add and monitor Locations (at their level of view or lower), and run reports. The Business Manager may not monitor billing.
This User role appears when a company opts to utilize Qvinci's mass on-boarding method. Through a customized URL created by Qvinci, each Location Owner will set up their Location(s) in Qvinci -- either by manually keying them in, or by utilizing the Excel importing feature. This User may manage the Location, update property and detail information, assign a Contributor to each Location, and view reports for each Location. This User cannot delete a Location once it is added.
