Qvinci offers several payment methods for clients. The Account Owner is responsible for payment across all Locations in the Account.
Credit Card Payments
The Qvinci Admin may opt to enter a credit card as the payment method. Multiple credit cards may be entered in the Admin's account, however only one credit card may be set as the preferred payment card for the entire Account (regardless of how many Companies exist in the Account).
Accepted credit card types are Visa®, American Express®, MasterCard® and Discover®.
E-checks are an accepted form of payment when the Qvinci Admin prefers not to use a credit card. E-check information cannot be entered on the Qvinci portal, unlike credit card information. To set up an e-check payment please contact Qvinci. Once the e-check method is set up, the Admin will be able to view the Account information from their dashboard account.
