The Qvinci Account Owner has the ability to upgrade the Qvinci Account at any time. All users in the Account would be granted instant access to the additional features and reports that the upgrade enables. A product comparison chart can be found here.
Steps for Upgrading
Only the Admin may upgrade the subscription model for an Account. To upgrade:
- Use the Admin's credentials to log in
- Click on the Account > Billing tab at the left side of the screen (if no Billing tab exists, you are not logged in as the Admin)
- Click the “Upgrade Now” button that appears on the left
- Select the preferred SKU upgrade. A product comparison chart can be found here.
Prorating Upgrades for Monthly Billed Companies
All Qvinci Locations, inside all Qvinci Companies, will be billed for on the 1st of each month. The first month, or any mid-month additions of Locations, will be billed at a prorated amount. The following month, on the 1st, all Locations will enter into the regular billing cycle and be billed normal subscription price.
Each Qvinci Company is on it's own SKU. This means that an Admin might have one Company on Qvinci Enterprise Monthly, while another is on Qvinci Multi Annual. Each Company is billed independant from another. However, the same credit card is utilized for billing.
