The Reports & Libraries tab allows users to run Basic Reports (standard, ad-hoc options), create reporting templates and documents, as well as bundle items together in a PDF or Excel package output.
Users will find that the templating feature in Qvinci expands well past a normal reporting experience. Instead of running fixed reports for a specific client, Qvinci allows users to create templates which read in the relative CoA, regardless of client. Additionally, these templates can be styled and formatted based on your preferences and then utilized across many clients. Thus, the templating feature is a time savings because users are essentially creating a "one size fits most" report template and applying all styling in the template and then utilizing month-over-month, client-over-client moving forward. Gone are the days of exporting a particular client's reports to Excel, styling once, and then repeating the process for the next client or next reporting period.
The Qvinci Gallery
One of the main features in the Reports & Libraries tab is the Qvinci Gallery. This is a jumpstart tab that provides users a large number of existing templates to source from. Users can peruse the Gallery to find desireable templates that they can save as working copies and then apply further styling efforts. Visit this article to learn more about the Qvinci Gallery!
